
Vitamin Salad
Very simple and quick to prepare dietary salad. Beneficial for everyone, especially for those who watch their weight.
Per 100 g – 41.2 kcal. P/F/C – 1.2/1.0/6.8
You will need:
Fresh white cabbage – 1 kg
Fresh carrots – 0.5 kg
Sweet pepper – 0.5 kg
Apples – 0.5 kg
Green onions – 1 bunch
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper – to taste.
Preparation:
Wash and dry the vegetables and apples.
Finely chop the cabbage; for softness and juice, you can also knead it with your hands. Grate the carrots and apples on a coarse grater, slice the pepper into thin strips. Finely chop the green onions.
In a large bowl, mix everything thoroughly, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Slightly warm the vegetable oil and dress the salad. Mix well again. If you need more acidity, you can add a little table or apple vinegar.
Garnish with herbs and serve.
