It doesn’t matter how you wake up – like a “lark” with the sunrise or like an “owl” at noon. A few procedures that you should carry out after waking up will help you improve your health and boost your mood for the entire day. It is well known that how you start your day is how it will go.
1. To awaken the body after sleep, you need to drink a glass of warm water.
When you drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach, your body wakes up faster and starts to activate the digestive system. The other metabolic processes also awaken. 2. Do not read the news online immediately after waking up.

4. Use “dry scrubbing” for your body.
In the morning, before taking a shower, try doing dry exfoliation of the skin. This procedure will help remove dead cells and improve circulation. After some time, you will be pleasantly surprised at how your skin changes.
5. Be grateful.

9. Eat healthy food for breakfast.
To speed up the metabolism and gain the necessary energy for the entire day, you need to develop the habit of having a proper breakfast. Complex carbohydrates – grains, whole grain bread, legumes, vegetables, and greens will help with this.
10. Plan your day.
Actually, psychologists claim that it is best to plan your day the night before. But if for some reason you weren’t able to do this, you can do it in the morning. When the day has a clear plan, it goes by faster, and you manage to accomplish more tasks.
