Watermelon Cocktail with Ginger and Lime

On a hot summer day, you always want something refreshing and tasty. A watermelon cocktail can be a lifesaver from the heat.

A summer refreshing cocktail made from watermelon with added ginger, lime, and ice will perfectly quench your thirst on a hot summer day. It is great for those who are dieting or simply following a healthy eating plan.

Watermelon will quench your thirst, ginger will help get rid of excess fat, and lime will support your body with vitamin C.

This refreshing drink is low-calorie, but if you add sugar or honey for taste, the calorie content will increase!

Preparation:

Peel a quarter of a watermelon, remove the seeds from the pulp. Peel the ginger root and chop it in a blender. Add the watermelon pulp to the blender with the ginger, squeeze in the lime juice, and blend again.

You can add ice to the blender at the very end and blend thoroughly. Or you can place ice cubes in the glass and pour the watermelon-ginger-lime mixture over them – whichever you prefer.
