And now, actually, the recipe for the jam.
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes. In a pot with a thick bottom, pour a little water and place the pumpkin pieces there. Simmer over low heat, stirring frequently. When the pumpkin starts to break down, add a sweetener (to taste), the juice of half a lemon, and a pinch of vanillin (for a pleasant aroma). Bring to readiness. Remove from heat and cool. The jam is ready. Quick, tasty, and healthy!
