Orange jelly will adorn the table for women who are losing weight and their families. The most caloric product in this recipe is sugar, but its amount can be adjusted to taste. Also, sugar can be replaced with a sugar substitute. We remind you, sugar substitutes are not recommended for children!

We will need:

2-3 large oranges

Sugar 70 g

Gelatin 1 tablespoon (can be replaced with agar-agar)

Water 0.5 liters.

Preparation:

Soak the gelatin in a small amount of cold water and let it swell. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the juice. Cut the remaining peel into pieces, pour 0.5 liters of water over it, and put it on the stove. As soon as the water boils, cover the pot with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. Then strain and add sugar (sugar substitute) to taste.

Heat the swollen gelatin over low heat until completely dissolved, let it cool slightly.

Pour the gelatin and squeezed orange juice into the cooked orange syrup. Mix well and pour into dessert cups. Place in the refrigerator until fully set, about 3-4 hours. Before serving, the jelly can be garnished with a sprig of fresh mint, powdered sugar, or ground cinnamon.

Enjoy your meal and a Slim Life!
