
Meat Zrazy
Winter is coming, and that means that besides salads, desserts, and light snacks, we’ll want something heartier. Dietary meat zrazy are perfect for this.
Meat zrazy provide us with a sufficient amount of protein, are low in fat, and are very filling.

The cooking time is slightly longer than for simple cutlets, but it’s worth it!
So, we will need:
Turkey fillet mince 400 g.
Beef mince 400 g.
Chicken eggs 8 pcs.
Onion 1 pc. (large)
Green onion 1 bunch
Oat bran 70 g.
Preparation:
Boil and cool the eggs. Chop the eggs and green onions, add salt, and mix well.
Combine the minced meat, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Finely chop the onion in a blender (preferably into a paste) and add it to the minced meat.
Add the oat bran to the mixture of minced meat and onion and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, so the bran absorbs the onion juice and softens.
Now we start forming the zrazy.
Take a small piece of minced meat, roll it into a ball, and then flatten it into an elongated patty. Place the filling of eggs and green onions on top. Repeat the actions with the minced meat and cover the filling with the patty. Seal the edges well and shape as desired.
And keep doing this until the minced meat is finished 🙂 I want to remind you that there’s no such thing as too much filling! So don’t be stingy and add plenty 🙂
Fry under a lid in a small amount of vegetable oil on all sides until fully cooked.
These zrazy turn out fluffy, tender, and incredibly delicious. Additionally, they are healthy, especially for those who are watching their figure and weight.
