Oil for the Figure

Can oil help with weight loss? Answer: yes.

One of these helpers is Evening Primrose Oil. It will help combat excess weight at home. Scientists have proven that Primrose oil normalizes hormonal balance, which is also quite important in the battle with weight – it helps maintain skin elasticity. After all, when losing weight, the skin can sag, and this is especially noticeable on exposed parts of the body – namely, the face. This oil can also be called a “fat solvent.” It contains phospholipids, which literally dissolve subcutaneous fat. Since the consumption of this oil in moderate amounts does not cause side effects, it can confidently be considered a worthy substitute for weight loss pills. Extra pounds will disappear without harming the body.

During a diet, the body lacks many beneficial components and trace elements, such as phosphorus, calcium, zinc, copper, magnesium, and iodine. To replenish their deficiency in the diet, doctors recommend consuming Walnut oil. It is rich in all the mentioned trace elements. Additionally, it contains unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins A, E, C, and B.

In line with the aforementioned oils, Sesame oil can also be included. It can support health even on the strictest diet, as one teaspoon of sesame oil contains the daily norm of calcium. It is also rich in vitamins and minerals: phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, and calcium. The valuable oleic and linoleic fatty acids in its composition not only aid in weight loss but also contribute to skin restoration, returning youth and beauty to it.

It is advisable to take oils in small doses and on an empty stomach. One tablespoon a day will be sufficient, but it should be regular. There is no need to try to “heal” oneself to the maximum, as oils are very calorie-dense, and there is a risk that all efforts to combat excess weight will be in vain.

If it is difficult to calmly drink a spoonful of pure oil, this procedure can be softened by adding it to a salad or, for example, yogurt, kefir, or honey.

An opened bottle of oil should be stored tightly closed in a dark, dry, and cool place. The refrigerator is the best option for this. In most cases, the shelf life of opened oil is one and a half months. An exception is Sesame oil, which can be used for up to 8 years.
