After forming two groups, the scientists began their research. The first group consisted of people who received white bean extract. They lost significantly more weight (by 3.9 kg) than the second group, which received a placebo (by 0.8 kg).
The scientists plan to continue their research because they are convinced that white beans contribute to weight loss.
