If you skip breakfast, you might gain many extra calories through multiple snacks or a late dinner throughout the day, which will quickly begin to turn into extra pounds.
Breakfast should be tasty, fulfilling, hearty, and healthy.

1. Oatmeal with nuts, dried fruits, and honey.
Oatmeal is one of the most popular breakfasts! Oats consist of complex carbohydrates, which provide satiety for a long time and recharge energy. Oatmeal can be cooked from either flakes or bran. You can add nuts and dried fruits to it, and instead of sugar, a spoonful of honey. Such breakfast will be beneficial not only for health but also for female beauty, as the ingredients in this recipe significantly improve skin condition and complexion.
Packaged instant oatmeal that doesn’t require cooking is not recommended for consumption.
2. Cottage cheese casserole.
Cottage cheese is rich in calcium and dairy proteins. Doctors and nutritionists recommend consuming cottage cheese daily. Not everyone enjoys cottage cheese in its cold form, so you can find a casserole recipe that you and your family will like. You can add fresh fruits, dried fruits, vegetables, and honey to it. It is better to use low-fat cottage cheese for the casserole.
3. Egg omelet.
The simplest and quickest dish to prepare for breakfast is an omelet. Just mix eggs with milk, pour it into a frying pan, and voilà, breakfast is ready. You can add various vegetables and herbs to such an omelet. With this breakfast, you will get the necessary amount of protein and fiber. And you will easily make it to your second breakfast (snack).
