
Making Heels Beautiful and Soft
Our heels require regular and ongoing care.
For women, especially as they age, the skin on their heels becomes rough and even starts to crack. This brings some discomfort, especially when it’s time to wear thin nylon tights. And let’s face it – it doesn’t look very aesthetic… When there are truly no health problems, one can resort to “folk medicine” and “grandma’s remedies” – putting the heels in order using home solutions that can actually be prepared at home.
There are three reasons for this:
- This method is affordable for every woman.
- The heels and soles become tender and smooth, like a child’s.
- With such regular care, calluses disappear.
This procedure is recommended to be performed in the evening before bed.
First, it is necessary to thoroughly steam the feet. We pour warm (hot) water into a basin, add 4 tablespoons of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. We place our feet in the solution and steam them for about 7-10 minutes. When the skin on the feet becomes soft – we take a pumice stone or a special grater and carefully process the soles and heels. We rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
Then we rub into the skin of our feet (preferably a pre-prepared) mixture: 3 tablespoons of glycerin with 1 teaspoon of vinegar. We take regular glycerin – from the pharmacy. After that, it’s necessary to put on cotton socks and you can go to sleep. In the morning, we wash our feet with clean warm water.
If this procedure is done 1-2 times a week, you can achieve an amazing result – the heels will be like a baby’s!
