Convenient Cushion
Cushion (from English cushion) is an updated cosmetic foundation product. It combines the properties of foundation cream, BB cream, and powder.
The first cushion was created by Koreans. It is a compact that contains a sponge soaked in foundation. A dry sponge is included for applying the cosmetics to the face.
Why is cushion convenient for application? The pores of the sponge, which is soaked in the cosmetic product, loosen the texture of the cream. As a result, it becomes a light, weightless emulsion that applies evenly, does not clump, and resembles a foundation fluid more. This cream can be applied in several layers and still won’t sit on the face as a thick noticeable layer.

In Korea, in addition to foundation products, cushions are also released for lipsticks, lip glosses, eyeshadows, concealers, and blushes. Today, many well-known cosmetic brands have started releasing their versions of this popular product.
