
Banana Ice Cream: Delicious and Healthy
Banana ice cream is very easy to make at home. You just need to prepare the main ingredient in advance – banana.

So, we will need:
larger bananas – 2 pieces
low-fat yogurt (can be replaced with low-fat kefir) – 250 ml
powdered sugar – 50 g (a little and to taste)
In the evening, peel the bananas, cut them into pieces, and place them in the freezer overnight. The next day, take out the bananas and blend them a little with a blender. Add yogurt (kefir) and powdered sugar to the mixture. Blend again well. Pour into molds and put them in the freezer for 1-2 hours. A quick, tasty, and healthy dessert is ready!
